Social Worker
"Hello, I’m your social worker. I will work mostly with your guardian on insurance, payments, and other paperwork, but we can also talk about what your first days back at school might look like."
The social worker provides information about community resources and makes appropriate community referrals to help the patient return as a productive member of their family and community. The social worker also assists other team members in the goals of rehabilitation and discharge planning.
